摘要
党的二十大报告提出“加快建设农业强国”,这是党中央着眼全面建设社会主义现代化国家作出的重大决策部署。与时俱进建设新型职业农民队伍对于加快建设农业强国具有重要价值。然而与建设农业强国的要求相比,当前新型职业农民主体意识培育存在不小差距,主要原因包括培育内容功利性强、培育对象素质能力偏弱、培育环境受不可控因素干扰等。据此提出培育优化路径为:一是培育目标要落实立德树人根本任务;二是培育内容要增进新时代“三农”情怀;三是培育方法手段要突出以文化人的作用;四是培育效果要加强相应制度保障建设。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed"accelerating the building of a country with strong agriculture",which is a major strategy made by the central Committee of the Communist Party of China to comprehensively build a modern socialist country.It is of great value to speed up the construction of a powerful agricultural country to build a new professional farmer team.However,compared with the requirements of building an agricultural powerhouse,there is a large gap in the cultivation of new professional farmers’consciousness.The main reasons are that the cultivation content is highly utilitarian,the quality and ability of cultivation objects are weak,and the cultivation environment is affected by uncontrollable factors.Therefore,the cultivation optimization path is put forward as follows:firstly,the cultivation goal should implement the fundamental task of moral cultivation;secondly,the cultivation content should enhance the spirit of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era;thirdly,the cultivation methods and means should highlight the role of the culti vation of people;fourthly,the cultivation effect should strengthen the construction of corresponding system guarantee.
