摘要
目的调查武汉市甲基苯丙胺依赖患者操守自我效能状况及其相关因素。方法抽取武汉市479名甲基苯丙胺依赖患者,采用戒毒信心量表评价其操守自我效能,采用多元线性回归模型分析操守自我效能的相关因素。结果武汉市甲基苯丙胺依赖患者的操守自我效能得分为(74.5±12.4)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,甲基苯丙胺依赖患者操守自我效能与其文化程度呈正相关,与其毒品使用时长呈负相关。结论文化程度与毒品使用时长是甲基苯丙胺依赖患者操守自我效能的相关因素,提示在今后的复吸预防工作对于文化程度较低、吸毒时间较长的患者应予以关注,以帮助其提高自我效能。
Objective To investigate the abstinence self-efficacy and its related factors among patients with methamphetamine dependence in Wuhan city.Methods A total of 479 patients with methamphetamine dependence in Wuhan city were randomly selected.The drug abstainer′s refraining self-confidence scale(DARCS)was used to evaluate the participants′abstinence self-efficacy.The general linear regression model was used to analyze the related factors of abstinence self-efficacy.Results For all the participants,the overall DARCS score was(74.5±12.4).The linear regression analysis showed that the participants′total DARCS score was positively correlated with their education level and negatively associated with their duration of drug use.Conclusion Both the education level and duration of drug use are factors associated with the abstinence self-efficacy of patients with methamphetamine dependence,suggesting that we should pay more attention to the patients with lower education level and longer period of drug use so as to improve their abstinence self-efficacy.
