摘要
网络交往是基于网络虚拟现实等技术兴起的一种新的交往方式。网络交往的时间和空间具有不同于现实交往时的一些特殊性:在时间上表现为超现实性,具体表现为随时性、即时性与时间个性化管理等;在空间上表现为异域同场性。网络交往时间的超现实性和网络交往空间的异域同场性,形成网络交往的特定时空统一体,并呈现出错时空交互性特征。网络交往错时空交互性,是指人进行网络交往时能够在时间和空间非同步构成的统一体中相互交流、互动从而发生关系的特性。它大大提高了人的自由度,但也给人带来诸多不自由。应通过加强网络交往主体的自我意识教育,加快互联网等技术和相关基础设施的建设和发展,以及网络交往自由的制度建设等,规制网络交往产生的不自由,促进人的自由全面发展。
Network communication is a new way of communication which is based on the rise of network virtual reality technology. The time and space of online communication have some particularities different from those of real communication: it is surreal in time, and it is specifically manifested as timeliness, immediacy and personalized management of time;it spatially manifests itself as heterogeneity. The surreality of network communication time and the heterogeneous field of network communication space form a specific spatiotemporal unity of network communication, and present the characteristics of the interaction of interlace spacetime. The interactivity of network communication in time and space refers to the characteristics of people being able to communicate and interact with each other in a unity composed of non-synchronous time and space when conducting network communication. It greatly increases people′s freedom, but it also brings a lot of unfreedom. It is necessary to strengthen self-awareness education for online communication subjects, accelerate the construction and development of the Internet and other technologies and related infrastructure, and establish systems for the freedom of online exchanges, so as to regulate the unfreedom generated by online exchanges and promote the comprehensive development of human freedom.
