摘要 文章以清除污垢的能力、泡沫量作为洗碗机专用洗涤块的清洁能力评价指标,研究4种不同植物来源表面活性剂、碱组合剂与盐的清洁配伍能力。结果表明,椰油基葡糖苷与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的使用比例为2∶1、碳酸钠和柠檬酸钠比例为2∶3时,配方展现出优秀的清除污垢能力且泡沫量少的优点,在实际运用中取得良好效果。 In this article, the ability to remove dirt and the amount of foam were used as the evaluation indexes of the cleaning ability of the dishwasher-specific block. The compatibility of four kinds of surfactants from different plant sources, alkali source combinations and salt was studied. The results showed that when the ratio of coco-based glucoside to sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate was 2 ∶1 and the ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium citrate was 2 ∶3, the formula showed excellent dirt removal ability and less foam, and achieved good effect in practical application.
