摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理对重症心力衰竭患者生活质量及不良事件发生率的影响。方法104例重症心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用护理风险管理,比较两组的住院时间、护理满意度评分、生活质量及不良事件发生率。结果观察组的住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出院时、出院1个月后的SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件发生率为7.7%,低于对照组的23.1%(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理可明显缩短重症心力衰竭患者的住院时间,提升患者生活质量,降低不良事件发生率,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of nursing risk management on quality of life and incidence of adverse events in patients with severe heart failure.Methods 104 patients with severe heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing risk management on the basis of the control group.The hospitalization time,score of nursing satisfaction degree,quality of life and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the score of nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores at discharge and 1 month after discharge of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of the observation group was 7.7%,lower than 23.1%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing risk management can significantly shorten the hospitalization time of patients with severe heart failure,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction degree.
