摘要
以《神农本草经》所载“味辛,温。主上气咳逆,结气喉痹,吐吸,利关节,补中益气”为基础,分析《伤寒杂病论》中桂枝的用药特点,认为桂枝在《伤寒杂病论》同一方中常表现为一药多用,组方精妙,仲景在《神农本草经》的基础上对桂枝的应用多有创新发挥。故在临床中使用桂枝宜兼顾其性味、功效及配伍,并结合实际情况灵活施治,切不可局限于一药治一证。
Starting from the content in Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing(Shen Nong’s Classic of the Materia Medica)that“Cinnamomi Ramulus is acrid in flavour,and warm in nature.It is mainly used for cough with counterflow qi ascent,qi knotting and throat impediment,and panting.It is also good for joints as well as supplementing the center and boosting qi”,the authors in this study analyzed the administration characteristics of Cinnamomi Ramulus in Shang Han Za Bing Lun(Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscelllaneous Diseases)where he found that Cinnamomi Ramulus in the same formula is usually used for various purposes in a delicate way.Based on Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing,ZHANG Zhongjing adopted the administration of Cinnamomi Ramulus in a more flexible way.Therefore,the administration of Cinnamomi Ramulus in clinical practice should also consider the nature,flavour,effects and compatibility of Cinnamomi Ramulus,and it should be flexibly applied for treatment in line with the facts instead of only for certain syndrome.
