摘要
炼化公司生产原料日益多元化和劣质化,炼油装置的腐蚀问题日益严峻。设备的腐蚀是影响常减压蒸馏装置长周期运行的主要因素。文章通过分析腐蚀机理,加强塔顶低温防腐蚀以及内构件的高温防腐蚀,优化“一脱三注”等一系列防护措施,确保装置安全稳定运行。
The raw materials produced by refining enterprises are increasingly diversified and inferior,and the corrosion problem of oil refining equipment is becoming more and more serious.The corrosion of equipment is the main factor that affects the long cycle operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.This paper analyzes the corrosion mechanism,strengthens the low temperature anti-corrosion of the tower top and the high temperature anti-corrosion of the internal components,optimizes a series of protective measures such as“one remove three injections”to ensure the safe and stable operation of the device.
