摘要
推进“双碳”工作是实现人与自然和谐共生的现代化必由之路,是参与全球治理,共建人类命运共同体的必然选择。党的二十大报告中特别强调推进“双碳”工作的思想、思路、方法,要求秉持尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然的内在要求,坚持“两山”发展理念,站在人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化高度谋划;确立人民安全为重、先立后破、掌握自然机理的基本思路;明确运用体制机制创新、科学技术创新、行为方式创新、行业体系创新的方式,以全球化、现代化的思维,对调节生产关系、发展生产力,创设中国式现代化生态文明之路,作出精准科学的指导。
Promoting the"double carbon"work is the only way to realize the modernization of harmonious coexis-tence between man and nature.It is also the inevitable choice to participate in global governance and build a commu-nity of shared future for mankind.In the report of the Party's twenty largest Congress,the thoughts,ideas and methods of promoting the work of"double carbon"are especially emphasized.It calls for adhering to the inherent requirements of respecting,adapting to and protecting nature,adhering to the development concept of"two mountains",and plan-ning from the height of Chinese-style modernization featuring harmonious coexistence between man and nature.We should put people's security first,make progress first,and master natural mechanisms.It is clear how to make use of institutional and mechanism innovation,scientific and technological innovation,behavior innovation and industrial system innovation,and give precise and scientific guidance to adjust production relations,develop productive forces,and create a road of Chinese-style modern ecological civilization with a globalized and modern thinking.
