摘要
汽轮机在运行过程中的振动问题是引发汽轮机故障、降低工作效率的重要因素。为避免汽轮机振动带来的危害提高汽轮机工作效率,从汽轮机振动原因进行分析,提出振动诊断系统、油膜维护以及气流震荡防止等多种处理方式,为汽轮机平稳运行提供了可靠保障。
The vibration problem of turbine during operation is an important factor that causes turbine failure and reduces efficiency.In order to avoid the harm caused by turbine vibration and improve the efficiency of turbine,we analyze the causes of turbine vibration and propose various treatment methods such as vibration diagnosis system,oil film maintenance and airflow oscillation prevention,which provide a reliable guarantee for the smooth operation of turbine.
