摘要
劳务派遣、临时工等传统社会化用工模式一直是劳动密集型制造业企业和基层窗口单位的重要用工方式,为其带来诸多益处。“全员销售”“共享员工”等新型社会化用工模式也对解决零售、地产、汽车贸易等行业的用工问题发挥积极作用。以A公司为例,罗列数据,对比优缺点,分析能否通过扩大社会化用工比例扭转其衍生业务板块——S分厂在发展改革中遇到的困境,并为同类型企业提供参考。
The traditional socialized employment mode such as labor dispatch and temporary workers has been an important employment mode for labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises and grassroots window units,bringing them many benefits.The new social employment models such as"full sales"and"shared staff"also play an active role in solving the labor problems in retail,real estate and auto trade industries.Taking Company A as an example,we list the data,compare the advantages and disadvantages,analyze whether the dilemma encountered in the development and reform of its derivative business segment-S branch plant can be reversed by expanding the proportion of socialized labor,and provide reference for similar enterprises.
