摘要
中海油海上平台ESP地面控制系统先后经历了工频柜系统、一变多控系统、一对一变频控制系统的发展,实现了由单片机构成的PCC保护器控制技术到小型PLC控制技术,再到热冗余大型PLC高速、精准的控制技术发展;控制系统网络也由Profibus网络到Profibus+Modbus网络,再到Modbus TCP/IP以太网网络的发展,大大增强了网络的稳定性;后期变频柜将内置高速数据采集和数据分析控制器,可实现智能化控制功能,大大增强了控制系统的智能化,使现场管理更高效、更便捷。
The ESP ground control system of CNOOC offshore platform has experienced the development of frequency cabinet system,one change multi-control system and one-to-one frequency control system,and realized the development of PCC protector control technology composed by single-chip computer to small PLC control technology,and then to hot redundant large PLC high-speed and accurate control technology;the control system network has also changed from Profibus network to Profibus+Modbus network,and then Modbus TCP/IP Ethernet network development,greatly enhancing the stability of the network;later inverter cabinet will be built-in high-speed data acquisition and data analysis controller,which can realize intelligent control functions,greatly enhancing the intelligence of the control system,making the site management more efficient and convenient.
