摘要
我国经济逐渐步入高质量发展阶段,其中环境对经济的持续发展起到了不容忽视的作用。探索如何促进生态环境与经济的协调发展显得尤为重要。本文选定环境-经济耦合模型,利用熵值法对我国31个省、市、自治区经济与环境的耦合协调关系进行分析。建立合理的环境-经济系统指标体系,对全国各地区环境经济两系统进行综合评价,从而判断出各地区所处的耦合度等级,最终确定二者关系。结果表明,全国范围内特别是西南及东北地区,在环境与经济协调发展工作上存在提升空间;各地区的协调发展能力具有明显差异;经济、环境核心指标对耦合结果影响较大。
The Chinese economy is turning into a period of the development of high-quality,and environment plays a vastly crucial role in the economy.In order to explore a blue print to promote the development of ecological environment and economic coordination,this paper analyzed the coupling and coordination relationship by degree entropy value method between economy and environment of 31 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in our country.A reasonable index system of environment economy system is established to comprehensively evaluate the two systems of environmental and economic systems in each region of the country.Finally,the level of coupling degree of each region is judged to determine the relationship between environment and economy of each region.The result shows that,in the whole country,especially in the southwest and northeast,as for environment and economy,there is room for progress in the coordinated development;there is a clear distinction in the coordinated development capacity of each region;the core indicators of economy and environment have a great effect on the coupling results.
