摘要
建筑信息化模型技术目前已经在世界范围内获得了普遍的认同,它能够帮助人们完成对建筑行业数据的整合,从而有效地提升工作效率、节省资金投入、节约成本,以实现持续性的发展。在素质教育不断深入的背景和建筑室内设计行业的新形势下,我国更加注重教育事业的发展,在各大建筑室内设计类的高校,也逐步开设了建筑信息化模型技术的相关课程,以适应行业的需求。但是在教学的过程中,仍然需要不断地完善和优化教学内容及方式方法,提高学生的学习动力,以便向社会及行业提供更优质的人才和素质。
BIM has been widely recognized around the world.It can help people complete the integration of construction industry data,thus effectively improving work efficiency,saving capital investment,saving costs,and achieving sustainable development.In the context of the continuous deepening of quality education and the new situation of the architectural interior design industry,China pays more attention to the development of education.In the major architectural interior design colleges and universities,they have also gradually opened courses related to building information model technology to meet the needs of the industry.However,in the process of teaching,it is still necessary to constantly improve and optimize the teaching content,methods and methods,and improve students’learning motivation,so as to provide society and industry with more high-quality talents and quality.
