摘要
叙述了以汽车顶盖模具为编程实例,将以往编程和加工的参数进行整理优化,通过PowerMILL软件二次开发成编程模块,实现数控编程的智能化和数控加工的自动化,达到编程和加工一体化,从而降低编程员和操作者的劳动强度,大幅提升编程工作效率和模具加工质量,降低模具加工成本。
This paper describes in detail the programming example of automobile top cover.The parameters of programming and machining are optimized,and the programming module is redeveloped by PowerMILL software to realize the intellectualization of numerical control programming and the automation of the numerical control machining.The utility model achieves the integrattion of programming and machining,thereby reducing the labor intensity of the progammer and the operator,improving the programming efficiency and the die machining efficiency and quality,reducing die machining costs.
