摘要
随着中国社会的不断发展,石油企业成为中国经济的重要支柱之一,石油工作中的安全问题关系着企业的整体发展,必须予以高度重视。基于此,文章首先总结了石油企业开展安全教育培训的原因,即生产方式有其特殊性,石油产品有其独特性,生产工艺有其多样化,进而总结出石油企业实施安全教育培训研究的意义。文章旨在通过对上述内容的深入研究建立健全科学的安全培训机制,使员工掌握一定的安全知识,降低危险发生概率,为员工提供安全的工作环境。
With the continuous development of our society, petroleum enterprises have become one of the important pillars of our economy. The safety problems in petroleum work are related to the overall development of enterprises, which must be highly valued.Based on this, this paper first summarizes the reasons why petroleum enterprises carry out safety education and training, that is, the production mode has its particularity, the petroleum products have their uniqueness, and the production process has its diversity.Then it summarizes the significance of safety education and training research in petroleum enterprises. This paper aims to establish a sound and scientific safety training mechanism through in-depth research on the above contents, so that employees can master certain safety knowledge, reduce the probability of danger occurrence, and provide a safe working environment for employees.
