摘要
以中共福建省委党校(福建行政学院)为例,运用BIM技术及相关应用平台,进行BIM+全过程智慧造价的应用价值分析。研究表明,该技术在项目不同阶段,具有不同的应用价值点:①在项目决策阶段,BIM结合智慧造价能有效分析项目投资效益及可行性,为管理者的决策提供科学依据;②在设计阶段,可利用BIM技术的数字化交互机制实现设计可视化,协助设计人员进行图纸深化,使得投资成本及时调整与控制;③在招投标阶段,可避免造成资金成本浪费及有效预防合同的造价纠纷问题;④在施工阶段,可缩短建设工期,控制各方投资成本,实现公平公正。
Taking the Fujian Provincial Party School of the Communist Party of China(Fujian Administration College)as an example,and using BIM technology and related application platforms to analyze the application value of BIM+whole-process smart cost.The research shows that this technology has different application value points in different stages of the project:①In the project decision-making stage,BIM combined with smart cost can effectively analyze the project investment benefit and feasibility,and provide a scientific basis for managers decision-making;②In the design stage,the digital interaction mechanism of BIM technology can be used to realize design visualization,assist designers to deepen the drawings,so that the investment cost can be adjusted and controlled in time;③In the bidding stage,the waste of capital cost can be avoided and the cost of the contract can be effectively prevented;④During the construction stage,the construction period can be shortened,the investment cost of all parties can be controlled,and fairness and justice can be achieved.
