摘要
受施工环境、技术和装备水平的影响,目前盾构机直接穿越重要构筑物基础和围护结构难度极大。通过采用地下长距离水平冻结加固及开挖清障技术,在软土地层距运营地铁站底板下2.209 m,穿越4道地下连续墙(含斜向)和8根格构柱,实现42 m单向高精度水平穿障钻孔;通过运营地铁车站下方大体量冻胀控制、冻结断管修复和免拔技术,保证了直径7.9 m、长38 m的隧道安全及盾构机的顺利穿越,减少了对环境的影响,实现了浅覆土大断面长距离轨交隧道区间和车站的暗挖建造。
Affected by the construction environment,technology and equipment level,it is very difficult for shield machine to directly pass through the foundation and support of important structures.Through the adoption of underground long distance horizontal freezing reinforcement and excavation and obstacle removal technology,the 42 m one-way highprecision horizontal obstacle drilling is realized by crossing 4 underground continuous walls(including inclined)and 8 lattice columns at 2.209 m under the floor of the operating subway station in the soft soil layer.Through the large volume frost heave control,freezing broken pipe repair and pull-out free technology under the operating subway station,the safety of the tunnel with a diameter of 7.9 m and a length of 38 m and the smooth passage of the shield machine are ensured,the impact on the environment is reduced,and the construction of the shallow covered large-span long-distance rail transit tunnel section and the station is realized.
