摘要
毗邻天然地基老旧小区的工程项目情况复杂,通常面临施工条件苛刻、新老建筑结合部位处理困难等施工难点。为解决施工期间周围老旧小区既有建筑地基安全,新建项目与老旧房屋共用砖墙加固等问题,在改造项目中采用了混凝土重力式挡墙及高压旋喷桩联合施工、高延性混凝土、外墙装饰饰面劈开砖等技术,最终做到新旧房屋外檐和谐统一,为相关城市更新工程提供了经验借鉴。
The engineering projects adjacent to the old residential areas with natural foundation are complex,and usually face construction difficulties such as harsh construction conditions and difficulties in dealing with the junction between new and old buildings.In order to solve the problems such as the safety of the existing building foundation in the surrounding old residential areas during the construction period,the new project shares the brick wall reinforcement with the old houses,and so on,the combined construction of concrete gravity retaining wall and high-pressure jet grouting pile,high ductility concrete,and the split bricks of the exterior wall decorative veneer were used in the reconstruction project.Finally,the harmony and unity of the eaves of the new and old houses were achieved,providing a reference for the relevant urban renewal projects.
