摘要 妇科医疗纠纷发生率较高,沟通不充分是引起医疗纠纷的主要原因之一。术前谈话是医方向患方说明病情、医疗措施、医疗风险及替代方案等相关信息的手段,是患者实现知情同意、减少医患矛盾的重要途径。医患沟通办公室参与妇科重大疑难手术的二次术前谈话可发挥在纠纷处理经验、法律知识、沟通技能方面的优势,弥补妇科医生在术前谈话中的不足,保障患者的知情同意权,是规范医疗行为、预防医疗纠纷的创新性举措。 The incidence of gynecological medical disputes is high,and inadequate communication is one of the main causes of medical disputes.Preoperative conversation is a means for doctors to explain the patient’s condition,medical measures,medical risks,alternative plans and other relevant information.It is also an important way for patients to achieve informed consent and reduce doctor-patient conflicts.The participation of Doctor-Patient Communication Office in the second preoperative conversation of major and difficult gynecological operations can give full play to its advantages in dispute handling experience,legal knowledge and communication skills,make up for the deficiencies of gynecologists in preoperative conversation and protect patients’informed consent,which is an innovative measure to regulate medical behavior and prevent medical disputes.
