摘要
目的:研究小儿推拿治疗小儿常见病的效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年9月于邹平市人民医院进行小儿推拿治疗的50例患儿作为研究对象,患儿均接受小儿推拿治疗,比较患儿治疗前后主要症状、体征,次要症状、体征及治疗效果。结果:治疗后发热、咳嗽、咳痰、气喘、肺部听诊恢复至正常的患儿多于治疗前,病情中度和重度患儿治疗后发热、咳嗽、咳痰、气喘和肺部听诊缓解情况优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后流鼻涕、打喷嚏、出汗、精神不佳、食欲不振、睡眠异常和大便异常均明显缓解,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病情轻度和中度的患者治疗后流鼻涕、打喷嚏、出汗、精神不佳、食欲不振、睡眠异常和大便异常恢复至正常,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病情重度的患者治疗后流鼻涕、出汗、精神不佳、食欲不振和大便异常明显缓解,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经小儿推拿治疗后,患儿病情愈显率为94.00%。结论:小儿推拿治疗可以明显改善患儿的主要症状、体征和次要症状、体征,临床效果显著。
Objective:To study the effect of infantile massage in treatment of common infantile diseases.Methods:From June 2019 to September 2020,50 children who were treated with infantile massage in Zouping People’s Hospital were selected as study subjects.All children were treated with infantile massage.The major symptoms and signs,secondary symptoms and signs,and treatment effects of children before and after treatment were compared.Results:The number of children with fever,cough,expectoration,asthma,and lung auscultation results returning to normal after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the relief of fever,cough,expectoration,asthma and lung auscultation results after treatment was better than that before treatment in children with moderate and severe disease conditions(P<0.05).After treatment,runny nose,sneezing,sweating,poor spirit,loss of appetite,abnormal sleep and abnormal stool were significantly relieved,and the differences were statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The runny nose,sneezing,sweating,poor spirit,loss of appetite,abnormal sleep and abnormal stool in patients with mild and moderate disease conditions returned to normal after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The runny nose,sweating,poor spirit,loss of appetite and abnormal stool in patients with severe disease condition were significantly relieved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After infantile massage treatment,the significant response rate was 94.00%.Conclusion:The infantile massage treatment can obviously improve the major clinical symptoms and signs,and secondary symptoms and signs of the children,and the clinical effect is significant.
