摘要
目的:探讨对于腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)所致坐骨神经痛患者应用综合康复治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年2月湖南省职业病防治院收治的92例LIDP所致坐骨神经痛患者作为研究对象,按奇偶分组法分为观察组与对照组,各46例。对照组实施常规治疗法干预,观察组实施综合康复治疗法干预,比较两组治疗效果、疼痛缓解评分、生活质量评分。结果:干预前,两组日本骨科学会下腰痛评分法(JOY)评分及神经肽物质(SP)、神经生长因子(NGF)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组JOY评分及NGF水平高于对照组,SP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组疼痛缓解评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会领域、环境领域评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对LIDP所致坐骨神经痛患者应用综合康复治疗干预,可提高治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in the patients with sciatica caused by lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP).Methods:A total of 92 patients with sciatica caused by LIDP who were treated in Hunan Prevention and Treatment Institute for Occupational Diseases from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the odd even grouping method,they were divided into control group and observation group with 46 cases in each group.The control group was intervened with conventional treatment method,and the observation group was intervened with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment method.The treatment effect,pain relief score,and quality of life score in two groups were compared.Results:Before the intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in Japanese Orthopaedic Association modified back pain evaluation scores(JOY),neuropeptide substance P(SP)and nerve growth factor(NGF)levels(P>0.05).After the intervention,the JOY score and NGF level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the SP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the pain relief score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social domain and environmental domain in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment intervention in the patients with sciatica caused by LIDP can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve pain symptoms,and improve the quality of life.
