摘要
本文报道1例下咽多形性腺瘤患者的临床病例资料并进行文献复习。患者女,33岁,因睡眠打鼾伴憋醒1月,于2022年2月收入济宁市第一人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科。自诉咽部异物感,说话时有瓮鸣音。电子喉镜:下咽部可见巨大淡黄色肿物,具体根蒂不能窥及。全麻纤支镜下气管插管,Davis开口器充分暴露术野,用可伸缩针状电刀完整切除肿物。术后病理回示:下咽肿物(多形性腺瘤)。术后随访至今,未见复发。
The clinical data of one patient with pleomorphic adenoma of hypopharynx are reported and the literature is reviewed.The 33-year-old female patient was admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology,Head and Neck Surgery of the NO.1 People's Hospital of Jining city in February 2022 due to sleep snoring accompanied by suppression for 1 month.She complained of foreign body sensation in pharynx and urns ringing when she spoke.With electronic laryngoscope,a large yellow mass was found in the pharynx and specific root pedicle can not be peeped.The trachea was intubated under general anaesthesiafiberoptic bronchoscope,the Davis Opener fully exposed the surgical field,and the tumor was completely removed with a retractable needle electric knife.Postoperative pathology showed it was a hypopharyngeal pleomorphic adenoma.No recurrence was observed through postoperative follow-up till now.
