摘要 本文针对桥梁健康监测技术在青藏高寒地区公路桥梁建设中的应用进行探讨,并从监测技术在高原寒区应用的必要性、主要的技术手段、高原寒区应用的技术重难点和应用方式几个方面进行了论述。高寒地区交通日趋完善,但受地形地貌、气候条件和专业技术人员的限制,传统检测手段越来越难以满足交通设施的管养需求,应用智能化、数字化的健康监测技术能够远程实时了解公路桥梁运行状况,实现公路桥梁管理和养护工作中的针对性、前瞻性,同时有效降低管养运营中的成本。当前桥梁健康监测技术能够实现环境作用、车辆载荷、结构特征、结构响应等全方位信息的收集,对科学评判桥梁的服役能力提供了科学完整的基础数据。青藏高寒地区应用健康监测技术,应结合地区特点,关注日温差、年温差以及其他环境因素对桥梁健康和服役能力的影响,科学布设传感器,特别是对重点交通设施进行监测,保障通行能力。健康监测技术重在监测和服务,建设阶段需进行科学规划设计,运行期间需定期观测,根据异常预警信息掌握桥梁运营能力的变化,并通过科学数据分析形成专业报告指导桥梁管养工作有序开展。因此,为了提升管养效率、降低管养成本,促进跨区域、跨领域公路桥梁专业交流,应推动健康监测技术在青藏高寒地区应用。 This article discusses the application of bridge health monitoring technology in the construction of highway bridges in the cold plateau zone,and discusses the necessity of monitoring technology,the main technical means,the technical difficulties and application methods.It is limited by topography,climatic conditions and professionals,when traffic facilities becoming more perfect and traditional detection more difficlult.It’s convernient to understand the dynamics of highway bridges remotely by the application of health monitoring technology in real time.The current bridge health monitoring technology can realize the collection of all-round information such as environmental effects,vehicle loads,structural characteristics,and structural responses,and provides scientific and complete basic data for scientifically evaluating the service capacity of bridges.The application of health monitoring technology in the cold plateau zone should take into account the characteristics of the region,pay attention to the impact of daily temperature difference,annual temperature difference and other environmental factors on the health and service capacity of the bridge,and scientifically deploy sensors,especially the monitoring of key transportation facilities to ensure traffic capacity.Health monitoring technology focuses on monitoring and services.Scientific planning and design are required during the construction phase,regular observations are required during operation,and changes in bridge operation capabilities are grasped based on abnormal warning information,and professional reports are formed through scientific data analysis to guide the orderly development of bridge management and maintenance.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of management and maintenance,reduce the cost of management and maintenance,and promote cross-regional and cross-domain professional exchanges on highways and bridges,the application of health monitoring technology in the cold plateau zone should be promoted.
