摘要
为有效解决CO_(2)驱产生的气窜问题,研制了一种新型氟碳起泡剂HFT-710,与稳泡剂WPT-12相结合形成了一种适合CO_(2)驱的泡沫封窜体系。室内评价了起泡剂HFT-710的起泡性能和CO_(2)驱泡沫封窜体系的封堵性能,结果表明:该起泡剂具有良好的耐油性能,在起泡前加入原油能使泡沫体积和半衰期有所增大,而在起泡后加入原油,泡沫半衰期虽有所减小,但减小幅度不大,当原油含量为50%时,泡沫半衰期仍能达到50 min左右。另外,该起泡剂还具有良好的耐温性能和抗盐性能,在温度为120℃、矿化度为224 800 mg/L时,仍能保持良好的起泡性能;CO_(2)驱泡沫封窜体系对高渗填砂管具有良好的封堵效果,泡沫封窜体系注入6PV时阻力因子增大了10倍以上。现场应用结果表明,M-1井注入CO_(2)驱泡沫封窜体系后,注入压力明显增大,吸气剖面明显改善,对应油井的日产油量明显提高,气油比显著下降,达到了良好的封窜效果。
To effectively solve the gas channeling problem in the CO_(2)flooding process, this paper developed a new fluorocarbon foaming agent HFT-710 and combined it with the foam stabilizer WPT-12 into a channeling blocking foam system suitable for CO_(2)flooding. The foaming performance of the foaming agent HFT-710 and the blocking performance of the channeling blocking foam system for CO_(2)flooding were evaluated in the laboratory. The results show that the proposed foaming agent has high oil resistance. Adding crude oil into the foaming agent before foaming can increase the volume and half-life of the foam. However, when the crude oil is added after foaming, the half-life of the foam decreases, but not substantially. When the content of the crude oil is 50%, the half-life of the foam can still reach around 50 min. In addition, the proposed foaming agent also has superb temperature resistance and salt resistance. When the temperature is 120 ℃ and the mineralization degree is 224 800 mg/L, it can still maintain favorable foaming performance. The channeling blocking foam system for CO_(2)flooding has a satisfactory plugging effect on high-permeability sand-packed tubes. The resistance factor increases more than 10 times when 6 PV of the channeling blocking foam system is injected. The field application results show that after the channeling blocking foam system for CO_(2)flooding is injected into Well M-1, the injection pressure increases obviously, and the suction profile is markedly improved. Accordingly, the daily oil production of the corresponding oil wells increases distinctly, and their gas-oil ratio decreases significantly. Clearly, a favorable channeling blocking effect is achieved.
