摘要
目的将虎符铜砭刮痧用于原发性高血压患者治疗中,对其应用价值进行探讨。方法选取2020年4月-2022年6月本院收治的100例原发性高血压患者,中医辨证为肝阳上亢型,以奇偶数法分组,对照组50例应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察组以此为基础,应用虎符铜砭刮痧治疗,评价两组治疗结果。结果治疗前,两组血压、症候积分、血脂四项水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各指标与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.00%,较对照组82.00%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虎符铜砭刮痧在原发性高血压中应用价值较高,可调节患者血压、血脂水平,还可改善中医症候,值得应用。
Objective To explore the application value of Hufu copper needle scraping in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension.Methods 100 patients with essential hypertension treated from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected.The syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine was hyperactivity of liver yang.They were divided into odd and even numbers.50 patients in the control group were treated with L-amlodipine besylate.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Hu Fu copper needle scraping,and the treatment results of the two groups were evaluated.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the four levels of blood pressure,symptom score and blood lipid between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference in the indicators of the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,lower than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hufu Tongbian scraping is of high value in the application of essential hypertension.It can adjust the blood pressure and blood lipid level of patients,and can also improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of application.
