摘要
本文综述免疫系统异常在普通变异型免疫缺陷病(common variant immunodeficiency,CVID)发生、发展中的重要作用。过去对CVID免疫异常的认识局限在以反复感染为主要表现的免疫缺陷。近些年,大量基础或临床研究显示,CVID免疫异常还包括免疫异常激活,与B细胞、T细胞、树突状细胞等密切相关,还涉及到基因、环境、表观遗传学等。这些机制研究为CVID治疗提供了新的思路与方法。
The important roles of the abnormal immune system in the occurrence and development of common variable immunodeficiency(CVID)were reviewed.In the past,the understanding of CVID immune abnormalities was limited to the immune deficiency characterized by repeated infection.In recent years,a large number of basic or clinical studies have shown that CVID immune abnormalities also include abnormal immune activation,which are closely related to B cells,T cells,dendritic cells,genes,environment,epigenetics,and so on.These studies on the mechanism behind its immune abnormality provide us with new ideas and methods for CVID treatment.
