摘要
曾国藩家风思想集兴家之本、兴家之源、兴家之方于一体,涵盖修身之道、治学之道、育人之道等理论精华,是中华优秀传统家风文化的重要构成和优秀典范。崇德向善、化育成人是曾国藩家风思想的底层逻辑和价值依归,其与大学生思想政治教育同质同追求,对大学生思想政治教育具有重要价值意涵,为大学生的道德教育、明理教育和养成教育提供了目标导向、思想滋养和方法借鉴。曾国藩家风思想启示我们要强化育人目标,擢升大学生崇德向善的道德涵养;深化育人内容,注重大学生有志有恒的为学之道;优化育人方法,聚焦大学生勤俭慎独的行为养成。
As an important component and excellent model of China’s excellent traditional family culture, Zeng Guofan’s family thoughts integrates the foundation, source and method of family development, and contains the theoretical essence of self-cultivation, scholarship and education.The underlying logic and value orientation of Zeng Guofan’s family thoughts is to advocate virtue and cultivate people. It is the same in nature and pursuit as the ideological and political education of college students, which can exert significant value implications for the ideological and political education of college students, providing goal orientation, ideological nourishment and method reference for moral education, rational education and cultivation education of college students. Zeng Guofan’s family thoughts enlightens us to strengthen the goal of education and promote college students’ moral cultivation;Deepen the content of education and attach importance to the principle of learning for college students;Optimize the methods of education and focus on the cultivation of college students’ behavior.
