摘要
肥厚型心肌病(HCM)是最常见的遗传性心脏病,首选治疗方式是药物治疗。本文将介绍传统的HCM治疗药物及其进展,针对新靶点的HCM治疗药物进展,主要是靶向心肌肌球蛋白的药物,旨在帮助临床医生了解该领域的最新研究情况。
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)is the most common hereditary heart disease and the first choice of treatment is medical therapy.This article will introduce recent progress not only in traditional medications for HCM,but also in the mew medical therapy mainly including myocardial myosin inhibitors,in order to help clinicians understand the latest research in this field.
