摘要
赵建军教授从事中医脑病研究40余年,对治疗缺血性中风颇有心得,从病理因素风、火、痰、瘀、虚方面论治,认为发病急性期多以风、火、痰、瘀为主,恢复期及后遗症期以气虚、血虚、阴虚或兼有痰、瘀为主,临床辨证思路在四诊合参的基础上判别证候要素及其组合特征,指导临床遣方用药。
Professor Zhao Jianjun has been engaged in the encephalopathy research of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 40 years, and has gained rich experience in the treatment of ischemic stroke. From the pathological factors of wind, fire, phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency, he believes that wind, fire, phlegm and blood stasis are the main contributing factors in the acute stage of the disease, while qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, or combined with both phlegm and blood stasis or with either of them, are the main factors in its recovery stage and the sequela stage. His clinical syndrome differentiation is based on a comprehensive analysis of the data gained by the four diagnostic methods to discriminate the syndrome elements and their combination characteristics to guide his clinical prescriptions and medications.
