摘要
针对有源配电网场景,利用多个智能软开关改善其重要负荷问题,并提出两步式负荷恢复法。该方法分为两个步骤进行,首先对各时段最佳恢复策略进行分析,然后提出符合配电网运行状态及开关操作的重要负荷恢复策略。通过算例测试,以手拉手配电网作为对比进行验证。结果表明,运用两步式负荷恢复方法改善配电网重要负荷,效果更加显著。
For the active distribution network scenario, multiple smart soft switches are used to improve its important load problem and a two-step load restoration method is proposed. The method is carried out in two steps. Firstly, the best recovery strategy for each time period is analyzed, and then the important load recovery strategy that meets the operation status of the distribution network and the switch operation is proposed. It is validated by arithmetic tests, using the hand-held distribution network as a comparison. The results show that the application of the two-step load restoration method is more effective in improving the important loads of the distribution network.
