昌吉州小微企业发展问题与应对之策

Problems in developing small and micro enterprises in Changji Prefecture and countermeasures

摘要 小微企业在昌吉回族自治州(以下简称昌吉州)经济发展中占据十分重要的地位,已成为昌吉州国民经济的重要组成部分。随着外部发展环境的变化以及小微企业自身存在的不足,昌吉州小微企业发展遇到诸多困难。通过对昌吉州小微企业发展状况及面临困局的深入剖析,提出在新常态下要通过转变工作思路、优化服务环境、缓解“融资难”问题、改变低效薄弱格局、发挥非公有制企业党建活力、加强小微企业主队伍建设等措施促进小微企业转型升级再创发展优势。
