摘要
特地唑胺是一种新型噁唑烷酮类抗菌药,被批准用于治疗急性细菌性皮肤和皮肤结构感染.特地唑胺对革兰氏阳性菌具有活性,包括耐甲氧西林和甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌,以及大多数耐万古霉素的革兰氏阳性菌.本文对特地唑胺的抗菌活性、药代动力学、安全性、耐受性以及生物液体、组织、药物等不同基质中特地唑胺测定的最常用的分析技术进行了综述.
Tedizolid is a novel oxazolidinone approved for the treatment of acute bacterial skin and skin-structure infections. Tedizolid is active against Gram-positive organisms including methicillin-resistant and methicillin-susceptible Staphylococcus aureus, along with most vancomycin-resistant Gram-positive Microorganisms. The antibacterial activity, pharmacokinetics, safety, tolerability of tedizolid, and the most employed analytical techniques for tedizolid determination in different matrices, such as biological fluids, tissues, and drugs are reviewed.
