摘要
目的探讨数字化导板在口腔种植中的应用效果。方法随机选取2018年1月—2020年12月福建省南平市第二医院收治的100例口腔种植手术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。对照组采取常规方法治疗,观察组在常规治疗法基础上加以数字化导板技术,对比两组患者的治疗效果、种植位置精准度和预后情况。结果观察组根尖偏差、角度偏差、顶部偏差、深度偏差明显均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=40.489、30.569、32.232、88.579,P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(94.00%)显著高于对照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.353,P=0.012);观察组患者预后改良出血、探诊深度、生活质量情况明显均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.993、10.391、32.456,P<0.05)。结论在口腔种植中的应用数字化导板,能够有效提升患者治疗效果,进一步确保根尖偏差、角度偏差、顶部偏差、深度偏差的种植位置精准度,同时改善患者预后改良出血、探诊深度、生活质量情况。
Objective To explore the effect of digital guide plate in oral implantation.Methods convenient selection A total of 100 cases of oral implant surgery patients admitted to the Second Hospital of Nanping City from January 2018 to December 2020 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group was treated by the conventional method,and the observation group was treated by the digital guide technique in addition to the conventional treatment method,and the treatment effect,the accuracy of implant position and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The apical deviation,angular deviation,apical deviation,and depth deviation of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=40.489,30.569,32.232,88.579,P<0.05).The total ef⁃fective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.353,P=0.012).The patients in the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of prognosis improved bleeding,probing depth,and quality of life,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.993,10.391,32.456,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital guide in oral implantation can effectively improve the patient treatment results and further ensure the accuracy of im⁃plant position for apical deviation,angular deviation,apical deviation,and depth deviation.It also improves the pa⁃tient′s prognosis of improved bleeding,probing depth,and quality of life situation.
