排口水中总磷含量测定的方法改良

摘要 探究排口水中的总磷含量测定,加过硫酸钾采用加热煮沸消解20 min,钼酸铵分光光度法比色测定总磷含量,测定数据与压力锅加压消解结果在允许误差范围内,同时用该消解方法进行加标试验,回收率达95.5%~104%,准确度符合要求。整个测定过程可缩短1.5 h完成,提高了工作效率。 The determination of total phosphorus content in the outlet water is carried out.By adding potassium persulfate,heating and boiling digestion for 20 min,the total phosphorus content is determined by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry.The measured data and the pressure cooker digestion results are within the allowable error range.At the same time,the standard addition test is carried out with this digestion method,and the recovery is between 95.5%~104%,and the accuracy meets the requirements.The whole measurement process can be completed in 1.5 hours,which improves the work efficiency.
