摘要
为了响应我国火电机组灵活性改造要求,适应东北电网电力辅助服务市场运营规则,保障市区供热发展,缓解机组热-电之间矛盾,对某330 MW供热机组低压缸零出力技术进行改造,确定汽轮机本体及辅机系统技术改造的主要工作内容和安全技术措施,通过对比分析机组改造前、后的供热与调峰特性,综合计算总体经济收益。结果表明:在保证机组安全运行的前提下,采用低压缸零出力技术可以提高机组运行灵活性,积极参与电网深度调峰,经济性较好。
In order to respond to requirements of power units’ flexibility transformation in China, adapt to operation rules on northeast power grid auxiliary service market, ensure the urban heating development, and alleviate the contradictions between thermal and electric. The technical transformation of zero output of low-pressure cylinder on 330 MW heat unit is studied, the main work contents and safety technical measures for the technical transformation of the steam turbine body and auxiliary system are determined, the heating and the peak regulation characteristics before and after the transformation on unit are analyzed and compared, the all economic benefits after the transformation is calculated. The result show that,under the premise of ensuring the safty of unit, the technical of the zero output of low-pressure cylinder improves the unit’s flexibility, participates in deep peak regulation actively, obtains better economics.
