摘要 第6代移动通信系统(6G)的通信指标将显著提升,应用场景也将更加多样化,对编码调制方案提出了更高的要求。面向6G,探讨了极化编码调制在应用中的优势。针对高谱效和低时延传输场景,阐述了多级码极化编码调制和比特交织极化编码调制的原理。在编码调制系统中,现有极化码构造方法存在复杂度高、灵活性差的问题,对此,提出了极化编码调制系统中的通用构造框架,详细论述了该框架在多级码极化编码调制和比特交织极化编码调制2种方案下对应通用构造方法的操作流程。这种构造方法基于和速率近似的准则为极化分量码分配码率,不依赖实际信道状态,可显著降低系统构造的复杂度。仿真结果表明,所提方法更具灵活性和通用性,并可获得比第5代移动通信系统低密度奇偶校验编码调制更好的性能。 The sixth generation of mobile communications system(6 G) will reveal significant improvements in the key performance indicators and support diverse communication scenarios, which put forward higher requirements on the coded modulation technologies. First, the advantages of the polar-coded modulation(PCM) in 6 G are investigated. Then, the principles of multilevel PCM(MLC-PCM) and bit-interleaved PCM(BIPCM) are discussed for high spectral efficiency and low latency scenarios, respectively. Since the existing construction methods encounter the problems of high complexity and poor flexibility, a universal construction framework of PCM is proposed, and this framework is discussed in detail under MLC-PCM and BIPCM schemes. This construction method utilizes sum rate approximation to assign code rates to polar component codes, which performs independently of the actual channel conditions and can significantly reduce the construction complexity of PCM. Simulation results are also provided to verify its flexibility and universality. In addition, the PCM schemes constructed by the proposed methods show better performance than the low-density parity-check-coded mpdualtion schemes in the fifth generation of mobile communications system.
