摘要
膨胀容积是影响膨胀石墨产品质量的一个重要因素。以大鳞片石墨为原料,用电化学法制备膨胀石墨,采用阳极氧化法制备可膨胀石墨,研究了硫酸量,反应温度,反应时间,电流强度对膨胀容积的影响,优化得到最佳的可膨胀石墨制备的工艺条件。电化学法制备可膨胀石墨的单因素和正交实验结果表明,四个因素对实验结果都有显著影响,顺序为硫酸浓度>电流密度>时间>反应温度。得到最佳实验条件:反应时间为80min,温度为15℃,电流密度为50m A/cm^(2),硫酸质量分数为60%,最终制得膨胀容积为150m L/g的可膨胀石墨。
Expansion volume is an important factor affecting the quality of expanded graphite products.Using large scale graphite as raw material, expandable graphite was prepared by electrochemical method.and expandable graphite was prepared by anodic oxidation method. The effects of sulfuric acid content, reaction temperature, reaction time and current intensity on expandable volume were studied, and the optimum technological conditions for the preparation of expandable graphite were obtained.The results of single factor and orthogonal experiment for the preparation of expandable graphite by electrochemical method show that the four factors have significant influence on the experimental results, and the order is sulfuric acid concentration > current density > time > reaction temperature. The optimum experimental conditions were obtained as follows: reaction time 80min, temperature 15℃, current density 50mA/cm^(2) and mass fraction of sulfuric acid 60%. Finally, the expandable graphite with expansion volume of 150mL/g was prepared.
