摘要
目的观察三子养亲汤加味治疗痰湿蕴肺型肺癌的临床效果。方法选择邹城市中医院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的痰湿蕴肺型肺癌患者80例,采用计算机随机数字的方法,分为观察组及对照组,各40例。对照组采用西医方法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用三子养亲汤加味汤剂。观察2组患者的疗效、生活质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分变化情况血清因子水平。结果观察组的QLQ-C30评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白19的可溶性片段(CYFRA21-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率77.5%(31/40),显著优于对照组的62.5%(25/40),2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三子养亲汤加味治疗痰湿蕴肺型肺癌的临床效果明显,能延长患者的生存期,缓解痰湿蕴肺型肺癌的症状,提升机体免疫功能,有效性显著,可提高患者生活质量,优化治疗效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanzi Yangqin decoction in treating lung cancer of phlegm and dampness accumulation type.Methods 80 patients with lung cancer of phlegm and dampness accumulation type were selected from January 2019 to December 2020.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group by computer random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Sanzi Yangqin decoction.The serum factor levels of the two groups were observed under the changes of efficacy and Quality of Life scale(QLQ-C30)scores.Results The QLQ-C30 score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),soluble fragment of cytokeratin 19(CYFRA21-1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 77.5%(31/40),which was significantly better than that of the control group(62.5%,25/40),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanzi Yangqin decoction has obvious clinical effect on lung cancer of phlegm and dampness accumulation type,which can prolong the survival period of patients,alleviate symptoms and symptoms of lung cancer,improve immune function,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has significant effect on improving the survival quality of patients and optimizing the treatment effect.
