摘要
世界范围内过敏性疾病的发病率逐年上升,严重影响患者的生活质量,但其发病机制尚未完全明确。近年来,半乳糖凝集素3(Gal-3)作为过敏性疾病的相关因子,在各种过敏性疾病的研究中受到重视。我们查阅中外文献报道,对Gal-3的相关生物学特性及其在过敏性疾病中的研究进展进行综述,以期为过敏性疾病发病机制的研究和疾病诊治提供理论基础。
The incidence of allergic diseases is increasing year by year in worldwide,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients,but its pathogenesis is not completely clear.In recent years,galectin-3(Gal-3),as a related factor of allergic diseases,has been paid attention to as a related factor in various allergic diseases.In this review,Chinese and foreign literature reports were reviewed to describe the related biological characteristics of Gal-3 and its research progress in allergic diseases,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the study of pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases.
