摘要
为了提升用户用电质量,降低系统网损,改善电压质量,针对传统AVC系统控制手段单一、控制灵敏度计算不完备、无功装置动作频繁、应对电压频繁波动存在控制盲区等问题,该文提出一种基于Attention-LSTM算法的在线无功优化模型。利用Attention-LSTM算法挖掘电气特征与电压的非线性关系,再综合考虑降低电压偏差、减少动作次数及提高光伏无功利用率等因素,并根据地区电网电压偏差和波动的优化目标,建立了光伏、变压器、电容器高效协同配合的电压无功优化控制模型。最后以江苏某地区配电系统为实例,进行仿真及实验验证,结果表明了所提方法的有效性和实用性。
To improve the power quality of users,reduce the system network loss and improve the voltage quality,this paper proposes an online reactive power optimization model based on Attention LSTM algorithm to solve the problems of traditional AVC system, such as single control means,incomplete control sensitivity calculation,frequent actions of reactive power devices,and control blind areas in response to frequent voltage fluctuations. By mining the nonlinear relationship between electrical characteristics and voltage using the Attention LSTM algorithm, and comprehensively considering the factors such as reducing voltage deviation,reducing action times and improving photovoltaic reactive power utilization,a voltage reactive power optimization control model with efficient coordination of photovoltaic,voltage transformers and capacitors is established according to the optimization goal of voltage deviation and fluctuation of the regional power grid.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method is verified with a distribution system in Jiangsu Province taken as an example for the study.
