摘要
本文系统总结了废旧磷酸铁锂正极材料除铜的研究现状,简要介绍了各种除铜方法的原理和优劣势,提出了深度除铜技术的发展趋势。置换法、酸浸法、络合/沉淀法主要应用于含微量铜(<1000×10^(-6))的磷酸铁锂材料。置换法的操作简单,但存在还原剂用量大、反应活性低等缺点;酸浸法具有流程简单等优势,但存在选择性低、除铜深度不够等问题;络合/沉淀具有过程易控制、除铜效果佳等优势,具有工业化应用前景。电解沉积法主要应用于含铜量高(>1000×10^(-6))的材料,但生产成本高等不足限制了其的实际应用。
The research process on copper removal for lithium iron phosphate cathodes was systematically summarized in this paper,the development trend of deep copper removal technology was also put forward via briefly instruction of the principles,advantages and disadvantages of various copper removal methods.Substitution,acid leaching,complexation/precipitation method were efficient for lithium iron phosphate cathodes with trace copper(<1000×10^(-6)).Among them,substitution method had some disadvantages such as large amount of reducing agent and lowreactionactivity in spite of simple operation.Acid leaching method had the simple process,but it also had some drawbacks such as low selectivity and insufficient copper removal.The complexation/precipitation had the advantages of easy control and copper removal depth and indicated the prospect of industrial application.Electrodeposition method was applied for high copper content(>1000×10^(-6))cathode material,but it was limited in industrial application for the deficiency such as high production cost.
