摘要
既往防治骨质疏松症多以“肾主骨”为基本思想,但近年来通过流行病学、体外实验、临床调查等发现骨质疏松症与血虚、血瘀密不可分,是骨质疏松症中重要的致病因素。笔者通过整理近年来相关研究,通过历代医家经验、微观机制研究和中医药防治策略探讨血虚、血瘀对骨质疏松症的影响及补血活血法在骨质疏松症中的应用。多项研究证明补血活血法具有确切的物质基础和相应的微观调控机制来调节相关蛋白、信号通路并发挥雌激素样作用防治骨质疏松症,且能改善患者血虚、血瘀状态。故该文以补血活血法为基础探讨防治骨质疏松症的思路与方法。
In the past,the basic idea of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis was the kidney domination of bone theory.In recent years,through epidemiology,in vitro experiments,and clinical investigation,it is found that osteoporosis is inseparable with blood deficiency and blood stasis,which is an important pathogenic factor of osteoporosis.In this paper,through collating relevant researches in recent years,the influence of blood deficiency and blood stasis in osteoporosis and the application of tonifying blood and promoting blood circulation in osteoporosis are discussed through the experience of doctors in the past dynasties,and the study of microscopic mechanism and the prevention and treatment strategy in traditional Chinese medicine.A number of studies have proved that the method of invigorating blood and activating blood has a precise material basis and corresponding micro-regulatory mechanism to regulate related proteins and signal pathways and plays an estrogen-like role in preventing and treating osteoporosis.It improves the state of blood deficiency and blood stasis in patients.Therefore,this paper discusses the method of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis based on the method of invigorating blood circulation.
