摘要
中国开展非物质文化遗产保护工作近20年,以文化遗产为内容的景观实践已具有广泛的群众基础。文化遗产景观实践提供了以人民为中心、从群众文化实践角度开展精神家园建设的新视角和新途径,具有理论适用性和现实针对性。服务精神家园建设的文化遗产景观实践,具有特定的内涵和特性,强调以人民为中心、以群众文化实践为基础,贯穿于遗产事业、遗产经济和遗产生活三大领域。从其目标定位和内容形式看,主要有民俗生活、展演与旅游体验、社会教育传承三类;从其所依托的载体看,可划分为实体和传媒两类;从其运作特点和效应看,可划归为惰性和活跃性两个范畴。文化遗产景观实践的基本原则体现在:以建设营造精神家园相关场所设施、符号体系和情感氛围为基础,以彰显人民的主体性和创造力为核心,以实现共同体的价值追求为目的。文化遗产景观实践的基础性保障策略包括:通过政策优化机制改善社会环境,通过目标价值评估提升社会效能,通过新媒体科技应用发掘潜力等方面。
it has been over two decades since China started to preserve its non-material culture heritage.landscaping themed on cultural heritage has become a common practice,which has provided new perspectives and new ways for building a common spiritual home for the Chinese people.Such practice has its unique content and features,with focuses placed on the people and their cultural activities,and linking heritage preservation with economy and people's life.The activities of such practice include presentation of people's daily life,performances and tourism activities that allow tourists to experience the life of the local residents,and educational programs aiming to promote the cultural heritage.These activities are conducted either on real sites or through media platforms,and in forms that are either passive or active,following the principle of"building facilities,setting up systems of cultural symbols and creating a milieu"in a way to demonstrate the subjective and creative power of the people in pursuit of common values of the community.To ensure that such ends are met,measures are taken to improve social environment through policy-making and optimizing mechanisms,to enhance efficiency through objective-value evaluation,and to tap potentials by using new media technology.
