Objective To observe the effects of targeted nursing based on target strategy on disease cognition, symptom improvement and self-efficacy in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis(chronic nephritis). Methods Eighty patients with chronic nephritis admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into control group(40cases,routine nursing)and observation group(40 cases, targeted nursing based on target strategy)according to different nursing methods. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the disease knowledge mastery scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and urinary protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing based on target strategy can promote the improvement of renal function, and improve disease cognition,self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with chronic nephritis.
