摘要
目的探究双钢板固定治疗桡骨远端合并尺骨头骨折的效果及对腕关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月我院收治的80例桡骨远端合并尺骨头骨折患者作为研究对象,按不同的治疗方式将其分为对照组(n=40,钢板内固定)与观察组(n=40,双钢板固定)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的腕关节功能恢复优良率为87.50%,高于对照组的67.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3 d,两组患者的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平显著高于术前1 d,但观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率为7.50%,明显低于对照组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双钢板固定治疗桡骨远端合并尺骨头骨折患者的临床效果显著,能显著促进腕关节功能恢复,值得推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of double plate fixation in the treatment of distal radius combined with ulnar head fracture and its influence on the recovery of wrist joint function.Methods A total of 80 patients with distal radius combined with ulnar head fracture admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(n=40,plate internal fixation)and observation group(n=40,double plate fixation)according to different treatment methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of wrist joint function recovery in the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than 67.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 d after operation,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were significantly higher than those at 1 d before operation,but those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The double plate fixation in the treatment of distal radius combined with ulnar head fracture has a significant clinical effect,it can significantly promote the recovery of wrist joint function,which is worthy of promotion and application.
