摘要
目的:探讨手术前配合训练对飞秒激光联合准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)术后效果的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年10月在首都医科大学宣武医院施行双眼FS-LASIK手术的患者200名作为手术前配合训练组,选取2020年1月至2020年5月尚未开展系统术前配合训练的手术患者50名作为常规对照组,其中术前配合训练组根据术前训练情况分为低、中、高训练组3组,通过观察术中手术时间、术后视力、术后早期疼痛、结膜下出血发生情况比较不同训练组和对照组手术后的效果。结果:训练组手术时间明显短于对照组,且中、高训练组手术时间短于低训练组(P<0.05),术后第1天视力训练组整体和对照组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高训练组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),术后结膜下出血发生率训练组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),术后疼痛程度训练组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。其中训练组中女性患者低等和中等训练组之间术后视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高等训练组术后视力均明显好于以上两组(P<0.05),而男性患者无论高训练组还是中训练组术后视力均好于低训练组(P<0.05)。结论:FS-LASIK术前良好的配合训练不仅可以保证手术更加安全顺畅,还能获得较好的早期术后效果,对于男性患者施行FS-LASIK手术前配合训练效果更好。
Objective:To investigate the effect of preoperative cooperative training on the postoperative results of femtosecond laser combined with excimer laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK).Methods:From June 2020 to October 2021,200 patients who performed FS-LASIK operation on both eyes in Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University were selected as the preoperative cooperative training group,and 50 patients who had not performed systematic preoperative cooperative training from January 2020 to May 2020 were selected as the conventional control group.The preoperative cooperative training group was divided into low,medium and high groups according to the preoperative cooperative training situation.The postoperative effects of different training groups and control groups were compared by observing the intraoperative operation time,postoperative vision,early postoperative pain,and the effect of subconjunctival bleeding.Results:The operation time was significantly shorter in the preoperative training group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the middle and high training group was shorter than the low training group(P<0.05).There was statistical difference between the training group and the control group on the first day visual acuity after operation(P<0.05),and the high training group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of postoperative subconjunctival bleeding was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative pain level was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the training group,there was no significant difference in postoperative visual acuity between the low training group and the medium training group for female patients(P>0.05).The postoperative visual acuity of the high training group was significantly better than that of the above two groups(P<0.05),while the postoperative visual acuity of male patients in both the high training group and the medium training group was better than that of the low training group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Good c
