便携式PTCT补油机补油质量监测系统设计

摘要 为解决PTCT补油机补油质量监测准确性低、信息传输能力差等问题,设计了便携式PTCT补油机补油质量监测系统。利用油质监测仪获取PTCT补油机补油质量信息,通过CAN转换模块将油质监测仪输出的信号转换为电平信号后,采用应用程序控制主控机的USB状态,将转换后的补油质量信息传输至业务逻辑层。使用模糊C均值聚类算法获取PTCT互感器储油室内绝缘油质量聚类中心的欧式距离,通过计算样本内类簇与欧式距离中心最大数值并将其设置为聚类类簇阈值,对比绝缘油聚类中心欧式距离与阈值后,获取当前补油机补油质量,利用界面视图层与业务逻辑层内的查询服务将补油机补油质量监测结果呈现给用户。实验表明:所设计系统可有效监测不同容量绝缘油浓度和密度变化,具备较高的监测准确性、稳定性以及较强的信息传输能力,应用效果较好。 To improve the low accuracy and poor information transmission capacity of oil replenishment quality monitoring of PTCT oil replenisher,a portable oil replenishment quality monitoring system of PTCT oil replenisher is designed.The oil quality monitor is applied to obtain the oil replenishment quality information of PTCT oil replenisher.After the CAN signal output is converted by the oil quality monitor into level signal through the CAN conversion module in the communication layer,the application program is used to control the USB state of the main control computer and transmit the converted oil replenishment quality information to the business logic layer.The fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm is adopted to obtain the Euclidean distance of the insulation oil quality cluster center in PTCT transformer oil storage room.By calculating the maximum value between the cluster and the Euclidean distance center in the sample and setting it as the cluster threshold,the current oil replenishment quality of the oil replenisher is gained after comparing the Euclidean distance of the insulation oil cluster center with the threshold,By means of the query service in the interface view layer and business logic layer,the oil replenishment quality monitoring results of the oil replenisher are presented to the user.Experiments show that the designed system can effectively monitor the concentration and density changes of insulating oil with different capacities,and has high monitoring accuracy,stability and strong information transmission ability with good application effect.
