微波辅助下红茶色素提取工艺的优化 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨微波辅助下乙醇水溶液中红茶色素的提取工艺,考察提取剂乙醇体积分数,微波作用时间和微波功率及固液比对红茶色素提取率的影响,并利用响应面软件对红茶色素提取工艺进行优化,得到优化的红茶色素提取工艺为:提取剂乙醇体积分数67%、微波作用时间62 s、微波功率490 W、固液比1∶23,此条件下测得红茶色素提取率为36.5%;各因素的影响顺序为:微波功率>提取剂乙醇体积分数>微波作用时间>固液比。该方法简便易行,提高了色素的提取率,节约色素提取成本,提取的色素可应用于纺织印染、食品着色和延长保质期等领域,有助于减少化学有害染料和颜料对环境和人体健康的危害。 In order to discuss the extraction process of black tea pigment in ethanol aqueous solution assisted by microwave,the influence of extraction agent ethanol volume fraction,microwave time and power,and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate of black tea pigment was investigated.Response surface software was used to optimize the extraction process of black tea pigment,and the optimized extraction yield of pigment was 36.5%while the extraction time was 62 s,the extraction power was 490 W and the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶23.The order of influencing factors was as follows:microwave power>ethanol volume fraction>acting time>solid-liquid ratio.The method is simple and it improves the extraction rate of pigment and saves the extraction cost of pigment.The extracted pigment can be used in textile printing and dyeing,food coloring and extending shelf life,which helps to reduce the harm of chemical harmful dyes and pigments to the environment and human health.
