摘要
小型起垄施肥机在正常行驶进行施肥作业时的振动不仅会导致机具零部件受损与寿命降低,还会影响施肥精度。为研究小型起垄施肥机工作的振动情况,测量其不同部位的振动量。对测得的原始信号进行小波降噪处理并做相干性分析,发现小型起垄施肥机在排肥管处振动频率为110Hz,小型起垄施肥机在刚启动时的振动频率低于正常工作频率,在小型起垄施肥机的排肥管处的振动分析中,发动机的影响要大于车轮的影响,两者的共同对排肥管的影响接近于1,扶手处的振动信号频率峰值比较分散,且来自车轮的影响要大一些。
Vibration of a small-ridge fertilizing machine during fertilization operation of normal driving will not only cause damage to machine parts and reduce service life,but also affect the accuracy of fertilization.In order to study the vibration of the small ridging and fertilizing machine,the vibration of different parts was measured.Perform wavelet denoising processing and coherence analysis on the measured original signal.The vibration frequency of the small ridge fertilizing machine at the fertilizer pipe is 110 Hz.The vibration frequency of the small ridge fertilizing machine at the beginning is lower than the normal working frequency.In the vibration analysis at the fertilizer pipe of the small ridge fertilizing machine,the impact of the engine is greater than that of the wheels.The combined impact of the two on the fertilizer pipe is close to 1.The frequency peaks of the vibration signal at the handrails are relatively scattered,and the impact from the wheels is greater.
