摘要
在"大众创业、万众创新"时代背景下,创新创业教育有助于培养大学创新精神和创业意识,提高人才培养质量,促进大学生高质量就业。作为高校创新创业教育主体的一部分,高校辅导员肩负着创新创业教育的思想启发者、信息传递者和活动服务者等多元角色。然而,由于高校辅导员受制于自身创新创业教育观念偏差、教育经验不足、教育方式不科学,其创新创业教育能力还有待提升。因此,通过各种切实有效措施提升高校辅导员创新创业教育能力是目前高校创新创业教育的当务之急。
In the context of the era of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",innovation and entrepreneurship education helps to cultivate the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial awareness of universities,improve the quality of talent training,and promote high-quality employment of college students.As a part of the main body of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,college counselors shoulder multiple roles such as the ideological inspiration,information transmission and activity service of innovation and entrepreneurship education.However,because college counselors are constrained by their own concept deviation of innovation and entrepreneurship education,lack of education experience,and unscientific education methods,their ability of innovation and entrepreneurship education needs to be improved.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the innovative and entrepreneurial education ability of college counselors through various practical and effective measures.
